13/07/17 Mr Barker's Last tour training

Mr Barker's last tour training session.

It was an emotional morning for Mr Barker as he lead his last tour training session before he heads back to the UK. Mr Barker, who has been the heart of QEGS rugby since 1981 and made his overseas tour debut in 1988 to Canada. Since then he has been on and lead countless overseas trips which have given generations of QEGS boys the chance to build friendships and memories which will last a lifetime. He has been an utter inspiration to staff and boys alike.

Fergburger

The QEGS players and coaches took on some extra protein and then some at the world famous Fergburgers. About a million times better than a well know burger chain with golden arches, this was just one of many memorable experiences here in Queenstown.
